DAY 9 - FRIDAY
God seeks in holy love to deliver all people from
aimlessness and sin.
O Liberating One, we rejoice
in your great mercy
and offer thanksgiving to
You, daily, for You have cut the cords
of every form of bondage to
which we had given control of our lives.
Because of your great love, we
are no longer enslaved by sin
and are not fated to wander
aimless and lost in barren wastes
of our own choosing.
Because You have sought us and
gathered us in
to be your children and
friends, our lives have been formed
for daily faithfulness in
pursuit of your desire
to unite all things in Jesus,
whom we call Christ and Savior.
How we praise You, our
Redeemer, our Freedom, our Joy. Amen.
